Do NOT send originals of videotapes or articles. Items cannot be returned, but will be stored with all corresponding membership documentation.
Send notarized copies of official documents, or photocopies of supporting documentation
If a notarized copy is needed, then you will be notified
Certify all documentation with the U.S. Postal Service to obtain a receipt, AND/OR
Insure your mail, to cover any damages incurred during the shipping process
